Request Account and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Bubble Timer account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your timers, friends, shared timers, and other data will be permanently deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Bubble Timer app on your Android device

Navigate to Settings (press your avatar in the top left corner of the app)

Select "Delete Account"

Confirm the deletion when prompted. You may be asked to enter your password for security

Wait for confirmation that your account has been deleted

Note: If you cannot find the account deletion option in the app, please use the feedback feature within the app to request assistance with account deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account Information

Your user account (email, username, profile)
Your authentication credentials

Timer Data

All timers you have shared with others
Timer states and history

Social Data

Your friend relationships
Friend requests (sent and received)
Timers you have shared with others

Device Information

Registered device tokens for push notifications
WebSocket connections

Subscription Information

Subscription status and records

Profile Data

Your profile avatar images

What Data May Be Retained

For legal and operational purposes, the following data may be retained after account deletion:

Logs and audit trails: Server logs and audit records may be retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs contain anonymized information and cannot be used to identify you.
Aggregated analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be used to identify individual users may be retained indefinitely.

Data Retention Period

Deleted data is removed immediately from active systems. Backup copies and log files are automatically deleted within 90 days. Aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for longer periods to help us improve our services.
