Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal through your Google Play Store account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play Store's refund policy. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide notice of any price changes, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Bubble Timer and all content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Bubble Timer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using Bubble Timer, including timer names and configurations. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
BUBBLE TIMER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bubble Timer and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
You may stop using Bubble Timer at any time. You may also delete your account through the app settings, which will result in the deletion of your account and associated data as described in our Data Deletion Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bubble Timer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
